Experience a new degree of elegance and durability with University Artist Series 4.3 and 5.0 octave Rosewood Marimbas. Combining the durability of solid steel construction with the good looks of solid French oak accents, the University Frame answers the physical demands of any active program and adds a touch of elegance to any concert stage.

Only the finest aged Honduras Rosewood is considered for the keyboard which is then tuned via the Alpha Tuning Method producing not only the perfect fundamental note but the perfect harmonic structure throughout the upper register. The resonators found on all Artist Series Marimbas are structurally welded for the utmost in strength and isolation from mechanical noises. Each structurally welded resonator tube is carefully designed to amplify the fundamental note and give you maximum volume, sustain and clarity. Lower register resonators are tunable and each resonator system is mounted on a rubber isolation system to ensure the maximum resonance and eliminate all possible mechanical noise.
