Features
The Bach Stradivarius model 189 in Eb/D trumpet has a vivid yet
broad tone well suited for symphonic and solo repertoire. The 4-13/16"
long one-piece hand-hammered yellow brass #239 bell provides a lighter
more vibrant sound while the reverse tuning #25R mouthpipe and .459"
bore has an open feel. The 1st slide thumb saddle make for easy
intonation adjustments while the Monel pistons provide smooth quick
action. The silver-plate finish provides a controlled brilliance to the
overall sound. The 189 has an extra set of slide for the key of D making
it a very versatile instrument.
